How long to provision?
Servers are typically up and running in ~60 seconds.
Can I wipe on demand?
Yes — trigger a fresh map + blueprint wipe from the portal whenever you like. You can also schedule wipes (weekly / biweekly / monthly) and we'll handle it automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your portal. Your save data is restorable for up to 7 days after your last billing cycle ends.
Do I need a Steam account?
Players need Rust on Steam, of course, but RealmStack handles the dedicated-server side anonymously — no Steam login from you required.
Where do servers run?
Currently US-Central, on dedicated hardware (not shared cloud instances). Additional regions land as demand grows.
Oxide / Carbon / mods?
Vanilla by default. Oxide and Carbon support will be exposed from the portal in a follow-up release; if you need it now, email support and we'll set it up by hand.
RCON access?
Web-based RCON is enabled by default. The portal's Console tab gives you a live read/write WebRcon terminal; you can also point your own client (rcon.io, RustAdmin) at the same endpoint using the password shown in the portal.
